KATARZYNA GELNER  – LEGAL COUNSEL

In 2013 Ms. Gelner defended Master's thesis on "Reform of the share capital of limited liability companies in selected countries of the EU" with very good results at the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics of the University of Wroclaw.

In 2011 she underwent legal practice at the law office where she was handling the translation of documents and provided legal and administrative services for businesses and individual clients in Vienna.

In 2012 within the framework of foreign scholarship she studied law at the Karl- Franzens- Universität Graz.

In 2013 she underwent legal practice at one of the Wroclaw Legal offices. 

From 2014 until 2017 she underwent legal training at the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisers in Wrocław

Since 2017 she works as a legal counsel in the law firm “Rhetor” Śliwiński & Jasiński professional partnership.
